For the 16 bucks I spent on it, it does the job. I was having trouble with my other Bluetooth/wifi adapter for my desktop and decided to buy a newer and possibly more up-to-date piece of equipment. It works well and Bluetooth headphones, keyboards, and mice connect right up. Wifi speed is slower than my phone or tablet test speed, but since it is on a wired LAN all the time and only use wifi in emergencies than it's good enough.

Awesome, plug and play. Didn’t need to load up the cd software. Using both wifi and Bluetooth options for my pc which is my media center for my home theater. Bluetooth Audio use to lag when projecting movies but was eliminated with adapter.

I've tried several dongles to add Bluetooth to my high-powered business PC. I ended up having to use Device Manager to tweak them on each time the PC was restarted. This one has been flawless. I had resisted buying it since it uses BT 4 and 5 is now standard, but so far that hasn't made any difference.

Never got it working properly. Tried both the website and the included instructions. The included instructions are written using Google Translate and are hard to follow. Incorrect words and placed at the wrong part of the instructions. Multiple installation errors on a windows 11 system. The website didn't have an auto driver download. You had to download a zip file of drivers and then pick the right one. That didn't work either. No clear instructions or explanations. Very disappointed. You definitely need some computer troubleshooting and installation experience to use. It's not just a plug in, install driver, you're up and running thing. You have to check many configurations on your windows system and there is no help in the instructions and horrible troubleshooting help.

I really liked it. It had both Bluetooth and wifi and both worked really well. But after 2 days the wifi stopped working.. it just became a Bluetooth dongle and I was really dissapointed. I then returned the item and ordered a tp-link dongle instead.

I was using a similar device to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth but I had problems with losing internet and sometimes Bluetooth connectivity. I really thought I was having trouble with the computer but I thought it was worth a try to order this USB adapter and give it a try before spending too much time troubleshooting. I am really glad I purchased this one. It does come with a disc with drivers to install but I didn't even need it. As soon as I plugged it in it started to work. I only have to click connect to WiFi ID and I was back in business and for the first time in months my computer has stayed online and not dropped. It Just Works!I am glad I picked this one up and I recommend it. I have not run any performance test using it but I have no noticeable difference in speed for my browsing the web, watching how to videos, and downloading files.

This Wi-Fi + Bluetooth stick solved my internet problem. Its worth more than what I would be willing to pay for. I paid less than $20. For my Windows 10 Enterprise version, I did not need to install any new driver. I made sure I don't have any other Wi-Fi or blue tooth devices plug into my desktop. I just plug it into my desktop & it started scanning for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Easy peezy.. Before this, I was only getting around 10Mbps. Now..check out what I get in the picture provided. I am a happy buyer of this product.

Update Review 4/02/2022. I now put this as a 5/5 as the original Issue I had with the adapter was purely a Windows issue. After I reinstalled windows the adapter became much more quickly. That is all.

Manuals had handwritten notes. Description does not say used or old.
