Great glue and so inexpensive

I really like these glue sticks, they work well. I homeschool and we use them a lot. I'll be honest this price is just about the same as Wal-Mart but I'm a prime member and live 45 minutes from Wal-Mart so it was just easier to have them delivered in 2-3 days. If you've never used these, they aren't messy, there is no smell, they're easy to use, they're sticky without the mess like regular glue. And the kids aren't putting glue on their hands waiting for it to dry so they can peel it off, lol!

I've been out of the stick glue game for about 25+ years. Now that my little one is in school, I see that there have been some improvements. I like that it starts out purple and goes clear when it's dry. I also like that it isn't "gummy" after it dries. Really good price for a quality product in my opinion. Would definitely buy again.

I like the purple color, it stands out on white paper that tells me how much did I put on.Handy for art project and very affordable price!

I use these glue sticks to seal letters and cards, and for my grandchildren to use with their artwork. It is not messy, and it is stronger than other Glue sticks I have tried.

I finally used up a Sparco glue stick, .88 oz., after many years. I've used it mostly for gluing computer-generated mailing labels onto packages to be mailed by USPS. These Elmer's Washable Disappearing Purple School Glue Sticks did the job for me. It's nice that the glue spreads purple but quickly turn transparent. The mailing label seems to have stuck onto the package very well. If the package gets caught in the rain during delivery, I wonder if the "Washable" attribute means the label could come off, but I don't know. I wish the package had indicated that the glue forms a permanent bond. At .21 oz. per stick, these are much smaller in weight and diameter of the Sparco glue stick, roughly one-quarter the size, so it took a bit more time to cover the surface. The writing on the sticks, such as "Made in China", is very difficult to read, being small black text on a dark blue background.
