Reluctant to buy due to pic, it looked like odd shape, and wasn’t sure about neck roll.However, best purchase I have ever made, sleeping thru the night for first time in years and waking up pain free! Absolutely amazing, thank you my search for the perfect pillow has ended and will never give up my new pillow! Must try shoe inserts too, I just got new ones after having old ones since 2000! Thank you Nikken for doing what you do!!

I sleep well as it is so I actually got this for my neck and jaw tension but I have noticed I sleep even deeper with this pillow. I don't wake up much but with this I am OUT. My dad recommended it and it seemed more expensive than I ever would spend on a pillow but he swore by it so I gave it a shot. I took out some of the stuffing to make it the height I prefer but you just unzip and take the little noodles out. My neck feels better, and I think my jaw is a bit better...we will see after more time goes by if those improve more. But better sleep I did notice right away.

This pillow has helped with my neck pain tremendously I take it everywhere I go now. If I go on vacation this pillow comes in my carry-on. I highly recommend this pillow for any neck pain, headaches etc. I’m actually going to be purchasing another pillow as a gift.

UPDATE: The pillow has lost its support very quickly. I didn’t think to update the review until now. But it was comfortable for me for about three months. Then it started being super uncomfortable. I couldn’t fluff it up anymore and it gave me really bad neck, pain, and headaches. So, this doesn’t really provide enough support for very long. I think I’m just gonna take the magnets out of it and throw the pillow out.This pillow is amazing. It’s the all time best pillow I have ever used. The neck support feels so good with the magnets in it. Perfect support. The actual pillow is filled with natural latex pellets of all sizes. These can be adjusted to get the exact amount of support you need. This compresses just enough but not too much. I prefer this over the solid contoured foam pillow. I have less neck pain.

Love the pillow style. Great for wearing small headphones because the ear fits in the small gap between the neck cradle & the top of the pillow. Not sure if the magnets are doing anything however the pillow is amazing!

Bought this to replace a 12-year old Nikken magnetic pillow. This new one has just the right mix of firmness and "scrunchiness" for my neck; whether I'm on my back or side.
