Soludos Men's Washed Canvas Smoking Slipper

Love these espadrilles. Bargain James Bond "Thunderball" looks. Took them on a trip to Mexico and wore them all over the resort as a flip-flops alternative. These even look good out to dinner with some linen pants. Great quality, comfort and style.

I have been wearing the same style of Tom's for the past 4 years or so, pretty much all the time. I got these to try something different, since the Tom's seem to have issues with Durability (the soles and uppers both wear out pretty quickly). They are OK - I have been wearing them for about 7 months, and they definitely aren't as comfortable as Tom's. They also do very poorly in wet conditions (so do Tom's). The reason I won't be buying them again is that the durability is turning out to be worse than the Tom's. Despite the nice rubber soles, they are coming loose from the "rope" section above them already. The canvas upper is also breaking apart from the lower "rope" section in two places because the stitching has broken. I still wear these to work, but when I get home, I put on my old Tom's.

I ordered a 1/2 size up as recommended and that felt right (I'm 8.5 and ordered 9). They're really cute. I do find that the inside irritates my heels. I put a piece of moleskin in them to fix it. It's not a permanent fix, but maybe my feet will adjust to the feeling. I like the rope soles, and honestly most of my shoes don't have arch support so I find them to be quite comfortable.

Great for the pool or beach. Stylish and different. Don’t get them wet ever, and know that there’s zero cushion whatsoever, and the soles are becoming detached from the uppers after only 3 wearings.

The shoes are very cute hence the two stars. They only come in whole sizes and so are not as comfortable as I would like. I’m hoping they stretch enough to eventually be comfortable as other customers say they do. A size 8 ½ would be better than an 8 from the start.One week later: Happily these shoes have stretched and are very comfortable now — I wear them all day. At first I thought I would’ve to return them but I won’t. A size 9 would have been much too big after breaking in.

Really cute! I have narrow feet and it still seems a little small, but hoping they will stretch out some once I wear them. They are also really "shallow" - aka, my foot doesn't sit down in them very far, but I sort of like that style and think it'll be great for summer time.

Cute summer shoe! I wear a 9 or 9.5 shoe and ordered the 9.5. They fit well; somewhat of a snug fit, but not too tight and I think the material may stretch with wear. If you are between sizes, size up. Very happy with this purchase.

Lovely product but size chart misleading.

What I have done is to wet the lace bit and stretched the shoes and they are getting better every time I wear them.
