It does not feel like you’re putting on something, you will actually like wearing it. I especially like when it’s cold, but hot option is available as well. However the fit is not good a s it slips from your wrist which does not help. Not recommended.

I love that I can just toss this in the freezer and it'll be ready when I take it out later. I like not having to put ice packs inside of a cloth bag or something and strap it to my hand. I think it stays cold long enough. It's not as much of a compression sleeve as it says and the product does seem to run a tad large according to the size chart, but i like how it fits around my wrist. Its a little big around the top where my hand is. The thumb hole is a little bit small, but none of this is enough for me to not like it.

Love the feel of this. A little big for me, but I suppose it needs to be able to fit all sizes. I'll just tie it with a handkerchief to fit it to my wrist. No big deal.
