I installed this in my closet when the wooden items pulled out of the wall and collapsed. Months later, it is still standing firm. Nothing has slipped, everything is fine. We have the bars fairly densely covered with hangers and clothing, and it has held all of the weight well. It does not wiggle. It allowed us to set some areas for long garments, and some as double rows for shirts on two levels.

I bought this for my LulaRoe business. Did not realize it shipped from Hong Kong. The assembly instructions were very poor. It took my husband and I a couple attempts before we got it right. Once I hung all my clothes on it, the two bars in the middle did not keep the tension which left about 1/2 inch gap from the ceiling and it started to fall away from the wall on top of me! We had the setting set very tight so it even had good tension but still could not take the weight.I managed to wedge some flat wooden blocks in to fill the gap and now it works, but I was very disappointed that it couldn't hold the weight without even being that full of clothes. All in all, it's an okay product, but if you plan on having it to full capacity, beware it may not hold the weight.

I received the package with no directions and missing the 4 large caps the product list states I should have. It seems like it’s easy enough to assemble but without the large caps which I’m assuming are the “feet” I can’t really start.

It was a bit tricky to get up and in place, and some of the clamps were difficult to line up and screw together. Wish the instructions had been better, that would have saved me a lot of headache and time.Hoping that it will stay upright with all my clothes on it.

I absolutely love this system, I bought 2 of them. It was so easy to assemble, especially being that it is essentially made up of tension rods (4 adjustable vertical tension rod poles and the closet rods sit in a clamp that you attach to the poles). The system is strong, sturdy and holds a ton of items. I even made sure to color code my items, it looked so nice I didn't even feel the need to cover it with a curtain. I absolutely recommend it!

Well built sturdy unit, only reson I gave 4 starts instead of 5 is that the spring on 2 of the poles were hard to compress to match the other 2 and have the proper ceiling tension.

Great space saver. Easy to install. helpful hint-assemble the 4 upright posts , position them in closet then cut the posts to correct height with a hack saw .

Best invention ever! I love these things! A little pricey in my opinion but they are really easy to install and very versatile. Quickly won me over on the price once I saw how incredibly easy it is to use and how fabulous they look in my little closet room. Having all my clothes out and easy to see is an absolute dream!!
