What is nutritional information

not sure myself but it is vegan, gluten free, and no preservatives, gmo, or msg. the sweetness is natural. there isnt any other information available.

I stored the bag of sweetened red bean paste in the vegtabale drawer in fridge. Then froze in smaller containers what when frozen I food saver sealed for future use. Haven't defrosted any yet for new recipes, so don't know if freezing is a good storage sollution.

How hard would it be to use this to make anpan?
