Great NVME for price with copy of BF2042, the game has come along way and well worth $30. And SSD is fast enough to really not notice a difference with more expensive one..NVMe looked good and was easy to install, price i paid for it $52 was great deal.

The drive is exceptionally quick and reaches advertised speeds consistently, the bf2042 addition was pretty good too considering it works out to be about $20 for a $80 game. Also can’t beat WD’s reliability. I can’t recommend this drive enough.Just some additional notes if you’re new to PC hardware or having issues:If you’re going to buy this make sure your motherboard’s m.2 port is gen 4/PCIE 4.0 otherwise you’ll lose a fair amount of speed, keep in mind that if you have multiple ports there is a high chance one is 4.0 and the others are 3.0. If you have issues with the drive not showing up I’d make sure that you’ve not got a SATA cord plugged into the first sata connection on the motherboard, the m.2 bay usually shares the connection so any has/ssd plugged into the sata port will disable the m.2 port. Once you install the drive make sure to open disk management and create a partition on the drive otherwise windows won’t show the drive at all.

Bought it from Amazon while it was on sale, as in not a third party seller. The box was slightly damaged, but none of the seals were broken and the code for Battlefield 2042 inside worked perfectly. Getting good performance, easily getting half a gigabyte per second write speeds on file splitting, which might actually be limited by my processor rather than the drive itself. I didn't try to clone my existing drive to it, I didn't try to do anything weird with it, it's just a simple drive for content production (and some games where there is a LOT of latency). No complaints.

This is a really good hard drive, I had ssd and other ones similar to this one so the read performance is not a big difference, the nice thing is the write performance and the stability and security that provide I've already stored gamesnmovies and clean it múltiple times and is still like New no degradation that is awesome. If you get it at a great price you will not regret it. If you coming from a hdd or slow ssd this will blow your mind. If you can spend a few more bucks get the next Gen version or the sn870 that one is a monster, a bit expensive for me, but this one has everything I might need for the next years or until the next pci6 or pci7.
