These cups are ok for mild adhesions, and you don't have to worry about brusising as with vacuum cups. Still it is a nice back-up set for mild aches.

Cups work as they are supposed to however I'm not sure the theory of what they do for you actually works.

Product was fine but all four boxes they came in were badly damaged which prevented me from being able to gift them.
