True noise canceling and definitely worth the money!
Used these headpones a few times and they are awesome!! The sound is amazing!! They have two modes, Quiet and Aware. Aware allows you to hear your surroundings while you have music playing, which is nice when you are out in public and need to be aware of your surroundings. Quiet mutes all surrounding noises. And Quiet works wonders!! I have been looking for true noise canceling headphones and these are best. I can't hear Anything! Someone next to me had to actually yell almost at the top of their lungs before I finally heard them. Finally blissful quiet. I'm in heaven. Used the phone call feature and heard the other person fine. One issue i did find was that all of a sudden there was static noise in the right ear phone. It wasn't interference or anything like that. I could still hear music, there was just loud static when it was on Aware. I troubleshooted and nothing helped - turned it on/off, disabled features, changes settings, turned off Bluetooth and multi point access, everything, nothing worked and I was still hearing static during Aware mode. Finally, not having anything else to lose, I took a page of age old advice from my parents/grandparents era and gave it the old tried and true light smack to the outside cover and it fixed itself. I can't believe it actually worked! No more static. Go figure! So glad I didn't have to return these.

3 years strong
I use these literally every day for several hours, more than 3 years later and they still work great. I've just replaced the ear pads for the third time, but considering how much wear they get that's to be expected. The noise cancelling is very effective. The battery lasts for several days at a time, depending on how much I use them. I've never had an issue connecting them to any of my devices. They're comfortable enough to sleep it, in fact I have this whole time. All of those features are awesome, but then add to it the lifespan of these headphones and you get an amazing piece of technology.

Fantastic
This is probably one of the best investments that I’ve ever made. I use these headphones everyday at work and I use them after work at the gym. I initially purchased them to listen to tv audio at night and not waking my wife. However, I was so impressed that I started using them to listen to music at work. They are comfortable and they fit just fine, although I prefer to wear them over a beanie. The battery life is very good. As a creature of habit, I charge them every morning before use at work while I eat my breakfast. The battery life is usually around 80% from the following day. I’ll listen to music as I work for around 4-5 hours, then an hour at the gym. They are easy to link to your phone, computer or television with Bluetooth. The sound quality is amazing. No issues or complaints here. They cancel out most of the sounds you’ll encounter in a work place. Voices and day to day office sounds don’t stand a chance against the noise cancellation. Some louder sounds can still be heard occasionally, but I also work at a manufacturing plant.Occasionally, they may update and I don’t think you’ll have audio until the updates are completed.I have used these almost daily since purchased. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and would recommend these to anyone.

One Month of Use, No Complaints Whatsoever (Will Update in A Year)
I did a lot of research looking into bluetooth headphones; as someone with hearing damage and is very picky about how their headphones rest on their ears, I knew I couldn't settle. I bought various other pairs before trying Bose Quiet Comfort, such as KVIDIO (Not tight to head/sound leaking, bassy sound), Sennheiser 350BT (Pinched my ears, quieter than other sets, could hear myself in calls and couldn't turn off in app), and Soundcore Q35 (Entirely different sound depending on the device and if plugged in, couldn't listen to music and be in voice call at same time without plugging in), all of which had their dilemmas. I really wanted a nice pair of bluetooth headphones for cheap, but in my search I recognized that wasn't possible, so I saved up what I had and thankfully snagged this on discount (bought for $180).The sound is absolutely immersive; my worries about these headphones was that the bass was going to be too heavy, as SONY bluetooth headphones and other sets in this price range are usually very bass heavy. Fortunately, that wasn't the case with Quiet Comfort; it's strong, but it doesn't overpower. The mids and treble sound great too, and I can't say I've had any issues with listening to music, calls with friends, etc, other than those friends having shoddy microphones (No problem though). The fit on this set is also solid; I have noticed in warmer weather that my ears get sweaty, but that's to be expected with any headset that's over-ear. My only note is that I noticed the inside of the headphones have molded to my ear. When I first got them, the meshy material with the L and R was flat, but now it's slightly caved in. I'm not sure if it's impacted anything, because I haven't heard a difference in sound, and they don't feel different. I will keep an eye on it for when I update this review. The controls are simple, a switch on button and three buttons to turn up, down, pause, and skip music (and if on mobile, to use your voice assistant) on the right cuff. On the left, the only button is the noise cancelling (two settings; aware and noise-cancel). I enjoy that this headset has two ports, one for charging, and another to plug them into the device to use instead of bluetooth. However, I will note to anyone that uses these headphones plugged in; when the set is in wired mode, it disables bluetooth, and when still on it sounds incredibly quiet. And, when turned off and plugged in, the EQ and Stereo Sound disable, so using the headphones without them being on is really rough. These doesn't steer me away from using them though, as I mainly use them on and via bluetooth. I mean, to be honest, who uses bluetooth headphones with a wire anyway unless they're dead?I'm also actually pretty impressed by the battery on these. They last me all day and night, and I plug them in when I sleep. They charge really fast, and I've only had two occasions of low battery, mainly due to me forgetting to charge em.Overall, my only worry onward is the deterioration, if there is any, and possible connection issues. Haven't had those yet, and hopefully I won't in a year.
