Great for Bear Sausage
Although I didn't buy this thru Amazon, but directly from Eldons - I made bear sausage - awesome - mix half ground bear meat and half unseasoned ground pork. Mix thoroughly by hand and refrigerate it overnight mix again then put it through the grinder one more time - I use 3/8 inch plates in the grinder---my friends love it as well and it's not overly hot.
