Using just for household, works great nothing bad to say 40 bucks! I’m not taking down and putting up a lot so…. Don’t know how it would stand up to gigging but works well for my purpose

Liked that it came sooner than expected and it’s not going to fall apart anytime soon.

Used this to support a 20" ride cymbal in my studio. Very sturdy and solid. Just as good as those that cost twice this amount. Don't waste your cash for a name. Save the money to put into your shells.

The price

This is a straight stand not a boom. The wing nuts grind it's so poorly made. Glad I bought it on sale on Cyber Monday. Would not buy it again. Since I still need a boom, bought a PDP 700 series instead.

Great deal for less than $50.

Full disclosure, I bought 4 of these because I was on a budget and had a tight timeline. In terms of value, these are great and they arrived quickly which satisfied my needs. However, during the first performance 2 of the four stands failed. I typically play pro gear, but resorted to these in a pinch and frankly, I blame myself - I should've known better. Wanted to write this review to caution fellow pros against purchasing these. Surprisingly the elbows slip significantly, the base assembly could use some reinforcement, and without any rubber or plastic inserts the mid-section absolutely needs the memory lock to stay in position. On the plus side, I liked the plastic wingnuts on the cymbal stem a lot more than I thought I would. Swing and a miss. Lesson learned.

I like it it works good especially for the price, a lot better than the cheap stuff that came with my TAMA imperial star kit
