I'm a repeat customer of MLC, and as usual, they have not disappointed! Quality Product, well made, exactly as described! Large enough to carry much needed supplies, and I can carry it cross body or hung across the back of my wheelchair with easy access. The velcro on the outside means I can add my own personal touches, such as military service, flag, or other meaningful personalization. I cannot recommend this or other MLC products enough! Quality, great pricing, fantastic customer service, and fabulous support. You can't go wrong with MLC products, this Messenger Bag is a winner! Especially appreciate their support of veterans such as myself.

I was looking for a cheap messenger to carry my 15" MBP (in it's own padded sleeve), a few papers and whatnot between work, school and home. I was looking at the Rapiddominance bag that MLC was selling and decided to look at their other products because they had the lowest shipped price on that bag. I am very glad I did as this bag was less expensive and geared more towards my use with pen holders, and a zippered mesh pocket on the front. The material is a thick cotton canvas that is soft and flexible yet seems like it will be very durable. The inside is unlined leaving the entire interior dimensions available for use. A lined bag reduces the interior volume so being unlined is a plus to me.I wasn't looking for the ID pocket or key hanger but they are nicely done and the business card I put in the ID holder went in easily. The zippers work smoothly. The one on the outside mesh pocket is bright silver and looks like a cheap zipper but movement is very smooth. The one on the inside pocket is plastic and not quite as smooth as the metal one but doesn't stick or have any issues. It's probably just the difference between a metal zipper and plastic zipper.The side pockets have a metal snap and will each hold a 500ml water bottle (unsnapped).The carry strap is 2" wide and has black nylon (plastic) hardware. I'm 6'4" and big. With the strap fully extended, I can carry the bag cross body without it being too tight. It's just about right actually and I can take it in just a bit and still have it hit right about at my side at the hip. I think that was one of the better surprises for me. I'm used to things not fitting right. One of my reasons for wanting to get a messenger bag was because the backpacks I own have straps that are too short when fully extended, even though they are meant for 17" laptops. That ends up making me carry the weight too high and I have to twist to get out of it. Or I carry it on a shoulder and have to deal with the strap slipping off. This bag is easy for me to use cross body which distributes the weight I am carrying better and comes off easily. No gymnastics required.Overall, I really like this bag. It fits me cross body. It was inexpensive and has enough room to hold the things I want to carry back and forth to work every day. Not much more I could ask out of a bag. Regardless of the price.Lastly, I want to address MLC's customer service. Every review here seems to be from a previous customer. I have never heard of or purchased anything from them before I bought this bag. Before I purchased, I sent a question regarding the differences between the rapiddominance bag and their bag via Amazon messaging at 9:52PM and they answered at 11:41PM. I don't know if that was fortuitous timing or what but they answered the question and I made my decision. Shipping was equally as fast with the kind of speed and packing I have grown to expect from Amazon prime. Only it wasn't Amazon prime. It was shipped by them the next business day and packed in a box. The box also included lagniappe (a practice you usually don't see that outside of Louisiana) which in my case, goes nicely with the bag. I can see why the other reviews are from repeat customers. I can assure you that I will be looking to them for my next bag. Not just because of their pricing. The abundance of bags and great customer service will bring me back.Oh, did I mention that it has a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects? Hopefully I'll never need to use the warranty. Time will tell and so will I :DBravo Zulu MLC!

Another awesome deal by Military Luggage! I found them thru their facebook page and love their products, their winning attitude and their dedication to our military and veterans. Their bags are sturdy, durable ad lasting. They sent me a free tshirt last purchase and it is the softest shirt ever. You just just can't beat the customer service and product provided by this company. Love this bag! It has become my constant companion.

I really like this bag. I use it to haul all my day to day junk around that won't fit in my purse. I toss my book, phone charger, gum, a drink, folder with papers, laptop from work, lunch bag, and even my actual purse in there and it has plenty of room. It is simple. There is one main compartment that holds the bulk of everything. There are too smaller side pouches hanging on the sides - one zips one doesn't. These are okay for holding small things - gum, mints, meds, feminine hygiene products, etc. There is a side pocket that goes the length of the bag on the outside under the flap. It isn't a large compartment - it is the length and depth of the bag, but just a narrow pocket. On the outside of this pocket there are pen loops, a clear plastic ID pocket, a mesh zipper pocket, and a couple smaller pockets (think smartphone holder size) one of which has a carabiner style snap to clip keys. There are pockets (think drink holder size) on each side. These pockets have snaps to keep them closed, but they do not close completely. It has a sturdy adjustable strap. The bag is very well made. I've used and abused it for several months and it hasn't shown any sign of weakness yet.This bag is unlined and simple and a great price. It is exactly what I wanted with one exception.The bag only closes with Velcro and the Velcro doesn't hold when very full - which is often with me. I wish it had a buckle to close the flap rather than the Velcro that seems to stick to everything BUT the bag..

This was my first canvas bag. I typically go with either 600D and up nylon or cordura so I wasn't sure what to expect. What drew me in was the two side pockets underneath the straps. I have twins on the way, and my first thought was baby bottles and diapers. The setup lends itself well to many tasks. Since they're not do until November, I have some "play time" with it to experiment with different loadouts. Right now it's tailored for my job with a few emergency supplies and some office stuff.For the price, you will not find a better made bag. Period.

Classic Military Messenger Bag by MILITARY LUGGAGE COMPANY. These folks are awesome. This sturdy, roomy bag came UPS next day air. Free shipping not expected for another week or so. I purchased the item from this awesome company (made in the USA and they employ veterans). It's working great to transport my home made guitar pedal board and gigging necessities. They also provided a very nice free gift. Would've given 10 stars if it was an option.

Well made and a good value for the price. Suitable for a wide variety of uses. It is bigger then some other similar bags so that may or may not be a plus for you. Water bottles will fit on both sides. The front has handy storage areas so that you can stay organized. One is in my car as an emergency bag and the other in my motorhome for miscellaneous storage. This is the best of it's type I've found for the price.
