Working from home requires me to sit long hours at my computer desk. I have had my chair for 4 years. It has a thin seat that as of late, has been causing my lower back pain, ultimately impacting my entire back and up/around. I also have a bad unintentional habit of flopping down pretty aggressively in my seat which would cause me more pain. The minute I sat on this cushion, I felt instant relief. It’s only been a week so if anything changes over time, I will edit my review. As of now, I absolutely LOVE this cushion. It is also pretty thick which gives me a good boost. It has helped me to improve my posture and I don’t feel any discomfort when sitting at my desk. I am debating purchasing the back cushion because of its small size, but I’m sure if it feels anything like the seat cushion, it’s worth it. I also love how easy it is to remove the case for washing.

Extremely comfortable for office cjsir. I'm 210 lbs, & this is great support. No way to secure it to the seat, but the movement is a minor deal.
