Absolutely no boost in performance, random buzz but that’s all, tastes horrible had to leave because the burps were making me heave I normally train for an hour and half, been using for 3 days now and I haven’t been able to do more than 45 mins, it gives you the itch but no boost at all, I’m gonna throw it away

Not a good look. Poor product
Only thing this done is to make me stay up all night. In terms of providing the gym pump, it’s nowhere near what they claim. Get tired quicker more than anything. Not worth the money.

Had this pre before and it creates an amazing buzz for the gym would recommend if you want to hit a new pb
