Not often I review, but this was exceptional. Quick delivery from the States. Well made a very sharp. Just needed to make a handle which was fun. Thourghly recommend.

I was looking for a larger diameter carbide cutter and this kit provided exactly what I was looking for. The tool bar was nicely machined allowing a snug fit for the cutter. I appreciated the wrench being included. It is worth noting the kit (toolbar, cutter bolt and wrench) were very well packaged; in fact the cutter was in a separate case packed inside the larger case with the toolbar. Very little to no chance of the cutter being damaged in transit.I would purchase from this seller again.

Received on time and well packed. Tool came with all the parts nicely wrapped in a tool tube with the carbide individually packed in a small plastic box. Assembly was simple and no problems. Put it in my carbide tool handle and gave it a quick test. Cuts well, feels sturdy no excess vibration; equal to my name brand carbide. You can see in my photos that I took some time to polish the bottom of the tool holder and releaved the area under the carbide. This is something I do to all my carbide wood turning tools as it helps them to slide on the tool rest. If I had any negative, the original relief under the carbide was roughly cnc cut to less of an angle then that of the carbide so it might drag in tight cuts. Not a concern for me as I was planning on reworking it anyway. Time will tell if it holds up, but I'm not expecting any issues.

Perfect for my needs turned the handle, put it together and it allowed me to reach in and hold the cutter accurately and does a great job

So I bought this because it was 15 dollars cheaper than a comparable one. It says 10 inches overall length but it's barely 9.5 with 2 of those being the handle mount. Yes in my case it makes a difference. I use it to hollow vases and needed to replace my old one because it only has 6 inches past the handle, so my handle hits the back of my flat bar tool rest when trying to do the bottoms of vases. Other than that it is built well. I just thought I would mention it for those like me that true measurements are important.
