my one true haircare love
I have curly/wavy hair, and it does not like to listen, as most textured hair does not like to cooperate. This shampoo, however, is fantastic. It really cleans my hair without leaving it all stripped and sad. I've been using it for close to a year now and I've got to say I really love this product. I recommend it to all those with curly or wavy hair that want a good clean without making their hair sad. The scent isn't overpowering and it's overall just nice.

Arrived broken
Product arrived broken but my daughter likes this product so I still gave it 4 stars. No way to let the company know without just doing a return but we bought it because we were running out so now we are stuck with it broken.

This really is the best. It makes my wiry hair very smooth even when I've been swimming and it's often dried out from sun.

NOT REAL CHI BRAND
The media could not be loaded. This product is not only a scam but it is dangerous to use.This shampoo FRIED my hair. The hairs on the top of my head were singed much shorter than the rest of my hair. My scalp and hair are both SO dry. This is supposed to be a great product for curly hair. I have used the real version of this shampoo and it worked wonders. This is NOT it.The bottle isn’t even the same as what is advertised. The advertised bottle (and real one) have a dark blue hue and an aloe leaf on the front (like the picture of the conditioner included). The one I received was teal and there was no icon on the front.For reference, I used this shampoo with an authentic version of its conditioner counterpart (really, really great conditioner fyi) and it could not soften the damage the shampoo did. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

Brisé!!
J'ai reçu ma bouteille brisée. Elle était encore emballée et le bouchon était cassé. Vraiment dommage car je souhaitais l'utiliser pour mon voyage, c'est un format idéal. Très déçu du produit.

Great scent!
Love the shampoo and conditioner. Very gentle on curls. I have minimal hair fall out during washes, and haven't had to use a clarifying shampoo for a long time. And it smells great!

Chi une marque méconnue et c’est bien dommage.
Chi est une marque que j’ai découvert il y a 7 ans avec la gamme keratin ou l’odeur est juste absolument divine. Le spray sans rinçage est un secours inégale aux autres marque que j’ai essayé, kerastase, swarkopf, L’Oréal pro ect….un coup de spray démêlage instantané après un coup de peigne. Donc j’ai voulu testé le reste de la gamme est comme d’habitude rien à dire, efficace, odeur agréable, économique.Bref je conseille plus plus
