I'm a firm believer in natural products like Olive Leaf extract for curing our colds and flu's. With Dr. visits as expensive as they are and insurance deductable costs so unaffordable after paying for insurance, I was done with doctors. This 2016-2017 winter season has been especially hard on my large family of 2 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 4 years old to 22 years old. So we have had plenty of opportunity to experiment with an assortment of products. We hadn't suffered much in the last few years and if we did we have turned to natural cures and remedies and been very successful. Currently our favorite cures are vitamin C, Andographis and or Olive leaf extract. Andrographis seems to be only for immunity boosting and it is powerful. Vitamin C can have uncomfortable intestinal effects so we are now mostly using Olive leaf. I began my experimenting a few years ago with Life-Flo brand 30%Oleuropein Olive leaf plus. At that time Life Flo was about $12 per bottle. Now they are about $20 per bottle so needless to say it was time to see if I was as successful with another brand and another % of Oleuropein. I searched the internet for a comparable priduct in oleuroperin % as well as mg per pill. That is how I found Health's Harmony. I also bought a book on Olive Leaf extract. Research says that 6% works, which leaves room for all components of the "miracle" plant. I just didn't want to take any chances and Healths Harmony was comparably priced with other lower % products and less mg per pill. So I feel Healths Harmoney was the absolute best buy! Our season was filled with colds, upper respiratory flu's, Bronchitis, Strep, intestinal Flu's and even what I am sure was pneumonia. I can't say that Olive leaf was the only thing we used, as my arsenal still includes Andrographis, vitamin C, Lugol's iodine for gargling, and now molecula silver. But we have been successful with mostly just the Olive leaf. We were 99% better of almost all illness's in less than 2 days. I also gave away 3 bottles sharing this awesome cure with friends and family. I have made believers of many others and have shared this brand with them. I always do follow up with them and they joke that I am the doctor mom. Ok.., some say voodoo lady which is funny but i am not! No one has been unconvinced after trying it! I can't say if we would not get sick at all if we just took one pill a day through the winter season, it seems too expensive for a family this size to just take preventative and my kids hate swallowing pills anyway. (4 year old gets it burried in multiple spoonsful of applesauce. I tell her to swallow fast, no chewing. then I give her a drink and sometimes a tiny bite of chocolate in case of after taste). Maybe next year I will try us on a daily dose through the winter. I will continue to use Olive leaf and promote it with all my family and friends and as long as the price stays reasonable, I will promote this brand, as it is a fantastic value and an awesome product! This is a very effective product. I didn't notice any pain relief using this product but I am not as sick as often. So, it does have a positive impact on your immune system. My mother also takes it and it helped stabilize her blood pressure. When I first opened the bottle it smelled like olives and it was pleasant. The capsules are good quality and are easy to swallow. It was well packaged in the box, preventing any shipment defects.

2021 Update: I am never without Olive leaf since first purchasing this in 2017. Rash on back never reappeared. Now I usually try to take one a day as as a preventative during cold/flu season. I double up for a couple days when I’m going to be in a public restaurant or large social setting. Gives me peace of mind. Since taking this for 5 years, I have only gotten sick once. I was stressed out traveling on business and didn’t take this with me. I had no way of getting Olive Leaf or any herbal supplements till I got home, by then I was 3 days into a full blown cold/flu/virus with pneumonia. I had never been that sick before. It was in August 2019, so who knows what it was. Covid?? Having never been sick before I relied on antibiotics. Still not feeling well a week into the antibiotics, I reordered the Olive leaf and started taking 2-3 a day, and slowly made a full recovery. I think had I taken the olive leaf as a preventative and doubled up at the first sign of cold I would have been fine. That’s what I do today. If I feel any kind of cold come on, I double up and in a day or two feel better. Works fast!! Only took 1 a day (at night) for a couple weeks. Does what it says. I had been taking oregano and other recommended herbs but nothing worked as good and as fast as this! I used it for a small rash I had on my back. Not sure what it was. It was pink, didn’t itch, but I think it was that “tinea versa something”. Whatever it was, I had it for a very long time, and tried everything to get rid of it. I couldn’t believe how fast this worked. I also had what I think was the beginnings of toenail discoloration on my big toe (ladies be careful where you go for pedicures) and it totally cleared up. I’m so grateful!! Hope this works just as good for you. Certainly worth trying.

I've been taking olive leaf for several years, specifically Gaia brand but this time, because of the cost difference, I decided to try this brand as it seemed to be a good competitor, clean ingredients, non gmo etc. I'm sure it's a good product and all, but I literally gag every time I have to swallow one of these capsules because of the overwhelming smell and taste - I dread having to take one, they're fishy, or something, and I loathe fish so it's instant gag reflex for me and there's just no getting past it, even if you don't breathe and try to quickly swallow the capsule, you'll still get a waft of that disgusting smell, flavor, or whatever it is, I can't hardly stand it. I will continue to take these for the health benefit as this brand does contain 100mg more per serving and it also has 3x the level of Oleuropein that the other brand has! So great ingredients and benefits, and I'm around five of my grandchildren day and night, bringing in all kinds of colds, viruses etc. at any given time, so I need this!
