I can see an improvement!!
My nails have long been very thin - easily breaking, lots of bending, regular hangnails, and peeling at the tips. No matter what manicure products I tried, things never seemed to get better... Until I started taking these. I have been taking one gummy every morning for about a month and can see a noticeable difference in the overall strength of my nails (so hard! less bending!) and the peeling I have struggled with for years has completely gone away. I am looking forward to beautiful manicures in my future - Definitely recommend!On a side note, I really appreciate that the packaging from Beauty Kitchen is completely plastic free and totally recyclable. The bag does not re-seal, so for ongoing freshness and ease of storage I have decanted the gummies into a glass jar.
