The product is defective out of the box. Unfortunately for me I didn’t assemble it until today, which is outside of the return window. I’ll try to fix it but the initial curve in the shooting lane from the plunger is too small which does not allow the ball to pass the shooting lane. Secondly the flipper is also improperly installed only allowing to come back about half way. Anything to the right side of the player field would be unplayable with the flipper.I would strongly caution anyone from purchasing this product as any simple Quality Control check could’ve seen this rather quickly. I would pay a little extra to ensure you get a quality product that is durable and likely to work on arrival.

This is a really cool game and It was a gift for my son.Thankfully,he didn't care,but it only came in a brown box and everything was thrown in there.This is not presentable as a gift the way its sent.Otherwise,it seems to be well made.

If you want to take a trip to kohl’s to return it go ahead and buy! This little pin ball broke after 6, yes 6 attempts to shoot the ball! My kid was delighted on Christmas that his new toy broke! Now yes I put in for a return, but who has time for that? Amazon is garbage now, 7/10 items I buy are either missing/ damaged/ or break within 3 days. Save yourself some time.

Bat was attached incorrectly. Tried unsuccessfully to correct. Will keep to avoid hassle of return and possible late reshipment. I just won't tell my 9 year old, but this error prevents the ball from getting past the bat as a strike. Too bad for us.

Good gift if you're only using it for display. The pinball gets stuck in the corner and the game is unplayable.
