The cork insole is your regular gorgeously comfortable Birkenstock, you could live in them.The toe box is a bit snug, I’d order up a full size to make sure the shoes are of maximum comfort.

I tried two sizes, but neither fit me properly. I wear 37 regular in Birkenstock and usually 8 in dress shoes. My foot measures 7.5C.38N was way too small. 39N was too big, but still too tight on the pinkie side of the toebox. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, the toe grip was just in the wrong place for my feet. Otherwise, pretty cute shoe, I really wanted it to work, but they're on their way back.I think if you have a narrow foot and longer toes, these might work well for you?
