190 PCS M1 (0.061-0.250") Minus Steel PIN GAGE Set ;Plastic CASE (M1-0.061-0.250 190PCS)

I picked this up to double-check small hole sizes that aren’t easy to measure with calipers alone. I’ve used it personally for home projects, but as a former professional machinist, I can confidently say this kit punches way above its price tag.For the average DIYer or hobbyist, it’s more than accurate enough. Out of all 190 pins, only 3 were slightly out of spec—and I mean barely. I was using a Mitutoyo micrometer that measures down to a tenth of a thousandth, so yeah… I was being picky.The plastic case is nothing fancy, but it keeps everything organized. Pins are etched, easy to read, and have decent finish for this price point.⸻Bottom line:If you’re not working in a NASA clean room, this kit is going to be more than accurate enough. Great value for the money, especially if you just need a quick “does it fit or not?” solution. Solid 5/5.

I wanted to compare these to another set that cost well over 3x as much. Generally, I tend to think that you get what you pay for when it comes to most things in life. It's always nice to find something that is on par with items costing considerably more money. I measured maybe a dozen random sized pins and they were all identical to my Starrett pin gages of the same size.If I had to find a difference between the two different sets, other than the obvious price difference, it would be the case. The Starrett case is better, but the case included with these gages is very sturdy and will serve its purpose just fine. If you want a more refined case, and think it's worth the $100+/- price difference to buy one of the well known brand names, then go ahead...but I got these for the gages and not the case.I hope that additional sets, both larger and smaller, will be available from this same brand in the near future.

I like these, they are dead on with the ones I've measured. And are protected very well in the case that comes with it.

This is a very nice 0.061-0.250" pin gauge set; the larger pins measure out within +/- 0.0002", most were within 0.0001". The worst I saw was on one of the small size, which mic'd out at +0.0003". All in all, this is plenty good for a home shop, and it's really nice that it comes in a handy case and at a really good price. May not meet calibration requirements for a pro shop, but for my home shop, I couldn't be happier!

I purchased this for a project I was working on and I was some what amazed how accurate this cheap set of "gage" pins was heh.I pulled about 7 of them out of the box (which is nicely organized) unwrapped the wax paper from them and measured them with two different micrometers and the accuracy was extremely good. None of them were out of tolerance and honestly, I'm surprised such a cheap set was such high quality.I can't say if they will maintain their quality with future sets that others buy, but the one I received was worth the price by far.

Nice pins and Case some of the pins have small burr on ends you will have to stone the ends dull.
