Had this now for well over a year covering my full-sided Chevy 1500 4x4. Protects from rain and acorns falling and damaging truck. I recommend this as a quick fix - I needed immediate cover until I could build my garage. Garage is done but still using this tent because it’s still in good shape.

I bought this in 2022. Spring has been quite windy for last couple of years. In 2023 wind bent a pole on it, I contacted support via Amazon and they sent me a new pole free of charge. In 2024, the cover shredded I'm half by winds, I again contacted support and they sent me a new one for around $100. The new one needed more bungy cords so I contacted support and they sent them to me for free. Milka at product support is great and resolves any issues pretty quickly so 5 stars for the product support. They may need to look into some durability tests with high 50 miles winds. Overall I am happy with the purchase and glad I am able to get parts and fix it instead of throwing it away after a storm.

I purchased this carport for a temporary shelter for my camper. I carefully chose the best location in my yard away from the big trees and assembled the carport all by myself (52 y/o female). After a bad storm with 50+ mph wind, the corner pole bent (apparently I had it raised higher than the middle so it collected water.. my fault) it was within the 1 year warranty so I contacted E deck and they replaced the pole, no questions asked, within a few days! I replaced the pole on the canopy and ONE day later another storm came through and the NEIGHBORS tree fell.. it crushed the end of the canopy and the chain link fence next to it.. it would have crushed anything.Before the tree, This carport went through many thunderstorms with high winds and hail with no issues; I’m sure the carport saved my camper, it would have been a lot worse. However, this review is for Renee at E Deck and the timely response. The replacement poles were delivered within days along with a follow-up email to confirm that I had everything I needed. Customer service goes a long way and I will buy another carport or replacement parts from this company again.

Bought carport in 2022 and it is still great in 2024! We only recently needed some elastic ball straps that had stretched out as we live in northeast with lots of snow and rain . Which brings me to my next comment. When i contacted customer service they sent me some extras right away. The CS person was Jenna who they are lucky to have on staff, Jenna is a Gem, so helpful and cooperative!Hope this convinces people to buy from E DECK, I am a super satisfied customer!..

The carport was sort of easy to put together and instructions were good. Could use some screws instead of snaps where the poles go together to make it sturdier. We had some wind and rain and the whole carport collapsed onto my truck bending the fender and almost crashed my windshield. The poles bent and the snaps stayed in place where the poles are put together. The anchors stayed in the ground, but the middle just collapsed from the weight of the rain. The poles need to be stronger material and should be made of better material, they're made of very thin metal. The canopy stayed intact

Product is as advertised and is well made. I did have a slight shipping issue with one of the boxes (delivery company not vendor) and "Kelly" on their customer support team was all over it. Process worked exactly as one would hope and expect: reached out via amazon, vendor responded quickly, solved the shipping problem, and followed up to make sure everything was good. A model for how customer service should work.

The manufacturer made the canopy to short and without reinforcement at to pitches on the ends. It seems there wasnt an O.D. Measurement. The convenience of the elastic hoop and eye were stretched along the sides, they popped and the vinyl canopy legs hit across the hood of my car for two days. Off to get 8” zip ties and allow the canopy tent to be too small, i like the product.

Great value for the money. Instructions for easy to build. Canopy seems to be made of good material. Would buy again !
