Xerox C230dni A4 22ppm Colour Wireless Laser Printer with Duplex 2-Sided Printing

I bought the printer do do basic colour printing but found out instantly that it didn't have enough memory to print colour charts, graphs, and photos to anything even approaching A6 size, nor is there any facility for increasing the memory to enable larger colour images to be printed.Why then is it even described as a "colour" laser printer? Beats me...I requested a refund the same day as I received it, had it collected the next day, and to date - over two weeks later am still waiting for the refund.Forget Amazon's promised 5-7 days on receipt refund, Customer Service told me to expect at least 12 days after they received the item back before they would action the refund, making it a possible 17 to 19 days to get your money... Very shabby product, very shabby customer service 😡

Print quality is not great, looks although there is moisture or condensation under the display, also you cannot print a full page in colour it just says memory full and aborts, trying several different ways I cannot get it to work, prints letters and invoices fine although quality isn't great, I would be returning this if it wasn't so much hassle and I'd buy a better one, but like I said I only need it for invoices so I'm just gonna grit my teeth on this one, I wouldn't recommend if you want good quality prints and need full colour pages.

I bought this nonsense for laser label printing. My products always come out looking dull. Is so frustrating, can’t get help !

Okay as a cheap colour laser office printer, and the print is crisp, but its really low 256Mb memory means that you will get "Out of Memory" errors trying to print complex graphics. You cannot change the print engine settings to print in a lower resolution.Bought it to replace a 12 year old HP CP2025 and the HP (itself with only 256Mb memory) doesn't have this problem so slightly disappointed, but will keep it. I'll just have to rework my documents to take account of it.

This printer is a dud. Amazon provided a full refund as it's not up to the job - see the Xerox "support" pages for many tales of woe. It can't print A4 colour images (even though the adverts claim that it can). Rip. Off.

Bought a graded return printer which arrived in great condition.Quickly found that it's impossible to get compatible toner, with only one being available at a very high cost so returned it.Wouldn't recommend buying this as after x number of prints the toner cartridge disables so you are forced to buy new toner regards of them being empty.

Barely used since purchase on the 27.2.2023 but the printing is already faded significantly and having other issues with printing.
