Not been this for too long at the recommendation of my doctor (hair metal test showed me highly deficient even though I get 115% DV from Centrum) but so far it does appear to be helping in the areas where Manganese is used throughout the body. Joint popping has diminished. Joint issues in general have diminished a good bit. Tinnitus might have reduced some. Again, I have not been taking this long. I will edit or add as needed.Do NOT take this or ANY metal supplement without a doctor who knows what he is doing prescribing it and take the dosage they tell you to, no more. I took an extra capsule one morning (usually take nights) to test the waters some, and I suspect it was a mistake. He ordered 10mg; I will take 10mg.

Important mineral
Hard to review vitamins and minerals but this stuff seemed to meet expectations . Didn't notice any change but I didn't expect to. It's a needed mineral and i don't think my diet has enough of it.This seems to fill a need.
