Be aware of the size. I was under the impression they would be alot bigger looking at the picture, this is my own fault as there isn't anything to guage the size on the picture so I presumed what as may already know is the mother of all f ups.

Bit pricey for what they are, but they work and are probably worth it as the alternative would be a lot messier! Useful addition to my DIY plumbing kit.

2 years ago I had to change the whole radiator valve on 3 radiators, I won't go into the exact details but believe me it was a total nightmare to do and I was buying 'specialist' tools like there was no tomorrow.The problem I didn't solve though was sealing the fittings in the radiators, and I literally tried all sorts but they either leaked, or even worse they came out after 5 minutes and I ended up with water everywhere, my wife wasn't too pleased, needless to say.Worked stopped on the project needless to say and the other 3 radiators still needed the 40 year old radiator valves changing, the difference is that I now have these two radiators bungs, which are specifically made for the job and not my Heath Robinson make do and mend affairs.Dues to my age and disabilities I can only do one radiator a day now, 10 years ago I would have done all 6 in a day.Anyway I did the first one yesterday and I can honestly say there were no problems, and more importantly no water on the carpets like last time and all for just £4.99 (as of 29 June 2022), and a happy wife too.These bungs get 5 stars from me with no problem, and for the price you should add then to your toolkit as well, you never know when you might need them.
