Excellent product brings cooking too another level

The solution is quite neat but I've discovered that it's not fully compatible with the 2014 version of the Anova Precusion Cooker. I think (but not sure) that the 2019 version would fit. The adjustable system works well but it only clips on 2 opposite side of the 4 and this makes it a bit wobbly. In general seems a good solution. UPDATE: full refund received. Going from 3 to 5 stars for the customer care service

Other half happy with the Sous Vide container and said it does what it's supposed to do. He's enjoying experimenting with it. Any new kitchen gadget and he's a happy man 👍

The sous vide and the tank are great. They take up a fair bit of space but as you can fit a lot in at once it's fine. However the bags it comes with are an absolute waste. They had an air vent built in, but the tank design has the shelf to keep bags submerged. These two designs are not compatible. I ended up with an entire tank of garlic butter water, my house smelled amazing, but the first batch was ruined as water flooded in through the "one way" valve. Buy this for the tank and the stick, toss the bags.

A great piece of kit

Sous Vide Container Model S989 It states on the packaging that this product has ‘strong compatibility’ with most Sous Vide machines. Hence my decision to purchase. As seen from the photo, it is impossible to clamp my KitchenBoss G330 (also purchased from Amazon) to the container. Consequently I am left with an unstable machine sitting in a bath of hot water with no way of lifting the tight fitting lid without fear of accidents. It is also impossible to manage the whole procedure, lifting the lid and removing the food, without an extra pair of hands. I am now left with an unused container and have been forced to purchase a compatible replacement.

This clear, calibrated 12l tank seems suitably rigid and robust. The lid is a good fit and the aperture for the circulator is ringed with silicone flaps which offers the option of combining with a range of different makes and models. My KEAWEO makes an ideal pairing. The VPCOC's key defining feature is the adjustable rack which enables you to ensure that the food is fully submerged and the water is able to circulate freely.

Looks good, fairly robust - wouldn't take a decent knock but why would you want it to. Cleans easy and works well. Lid fits quite tight which can be a good or bad thing. Only downside is when removing the lid to place items into pre-heated waterbacth the shelf and circulator come out with it which may cause issue for some. Not me though.
