Just prior to purchasing these, I had purchased a set of four "stainless steel" carabiners from Amazon for about $10. They had great reviews, but were cheap junk. They were extremely light weight. The first day I used them for my weightlifting cable workout, one of them broke. So fast forward to these. I am extremely pleased with the quality and price of them. These are what I was looking for in the first place. They are heavier duty, like the ones used in a gym. There are many carabiners to choose from on Amazon, but this was the only one I would take a chance on based on my previous experience. And I'm glad I did! Don't waste your time with the others. These are the real deal. Highly recommend!!!

Great build and does what it needs to do. Unfortunate I bought it in the wrong size but still helped out on another project. Overall great value, great product, and happy customer.

These are strong and inexpensive. Much stronger and more durable than the aluminum carabiners sold for similar uses, but they are significantly heavier, being steel instead of aluminum.I would not use them if I were climbing Mt. Everest or similar serious mountaineering or spelunking, but they are plenty strong enough for the usual fastening and rigging chores around the home or camper. I bought 20 of these and they work great. Using them with a Titan cable station, and they do the job. I'm not a powerlifter, but they work fine for the weights I lift. Good quality, and have worked with all of my cable attachments. No problems!

This are the same ones at the big box improvement stores for much cheaper. They are about $2.50 each there. Save a ton of money if you need several and have a few days to wait for shipping. Works great on swings.

Go to home depot and get 3/8 ones. i find these a bit small and sharp on the thumbs.

This was exactly what we hoped it would be and not the cheap kind.
