Effective but uncomfortable to hold
This was very effective at taking off flaky paint on windowsills but I have no idea why the designer chose to have holes in the handle as it’s incredibly uncomfortable to hold for any length of time. A rubber grip would make it much easier to use.

Effective on old varnish
I removed several layers of old varnish from wooden garden furniture very easily and quickly. Its important to really tighten the blade in place. Although it has a wing nut, a screw driver is necessary to hold the screw or it just rotates.

Great strong scraper
This is an amazing product . Totally stripped a big barn door back to bare wood with ease . Just need a bit of elbow grease . Would highly recommend. Does the job

Excellent for stripping paint
Superb for stripping old paint, especially if it is built up and/ or pooled in places which has created unsightly lumps. The blade is so sharp, I accidentally stripped back to bare wood the first time I used it.

Good but weak
Don't get me wrong it's a good tool, but it isn't tough enough, the metal warps too easy and the blade doesn't sit right the clasp after, it's happened twice for me now.

Scraps well but required gloves to use.
I supposed it is fine for the price. It could with a more comfortable handle.

Cannot recommend this enough
This has cut down my stress levels. It's easy to use and works. Iv tried alsorts while trying to strip the paint from woodwork, and it's so time consuming. My mum brought hers round one day and I couldn't believe how much it had taken off. I still use something to soften the paint ( or there's an awful high pitched nails on chalkboard type of noise ) I just hope they make a rounded one for banisters next.
