I purchased the 1000A 37Wh version of this Hulkman portable Jump Starter and it has been a lifesaver on a couple of occasions in the cold winter including one instance when my wife needed a jump start at 7:00 in the morning to get to work. This thing holds a charge for many months and it is easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow and it takes minutes to get a car jumped and running. We decided to purchase this based on the digital percentage display that lets the user see how much charge the Hulkman has. I'm surprised so many other jump starters don't have this obviously useful feature. I should also note that my wife keeps one of these in her trunk at all times and simply charges it a couple of times a year to make sure it is topped off. A woman stranded on the side of the road can be putting her personal safety at risk when soliciting the help of strangers, so this gives my wife peace of mind for any battery issues. Overall, I'm glad we have this item.

This is the second one I've bought. This was a gift for a cousin of mine and he loves it! It comes in handy and for the price you can't beat it. Very easy to use and holds charge really well. It's very practical and do yourself a favor, get rid of the jumper cables and buy this! You won't regret it!

Gave this as a gift and my brother loved it. We live in Wisconsin - it’s common for cars to have trouble starting once the temp falls below zero. This is so convenient to have with you. It’s compact and doubles as a device charger (great to have for emergency situations). It would also be great to take camping as it can charge your devices multiple times.

The starter gets five stars. I’ve taken a star off for two reasons. First, the instructions could be more clear. There are both a USB and USC inlet but nothing explains their purpose or capabilities. Second, it comes with a double ended USC charging cord but no cube to plug it into a wall outlet. What I ended up purchasing is a USC cube for my car’s 12v (cigarette) outlet which allows me to recharge the jumper immediately after use. Otherwise, it works perfectly and I’d buy it again if I needed another.

This was a very good investment for me. I use it for my car and even on my son’s pickup truck. Works great, very reliable

These are awesome! No more messing with jumper cables. Gave this to my kid to throw in his car and he’s used it 3 times in 6 months to jump others cars.

Tried this on a 99 vw 4 cylinder 1.9L tdi diesel. First time using the brand new hulkman, had a 76% charge right out of the box. Hooked it up and it said ready, went to start car and it did nothing! Was really surprised and bummed out as it was advertised to start a 3.0L diesel. Will be returning, its a little heavy just for using as a flashlight ...... Ill add that i got a new battery and car is starting normally now, nothing else wrong with the car.

This is an amazing tool, super nice to have on hand so you can avoid having to find another vehicle for a jump!

Pessimo prodotto, appena acceso sembrava funzionare, dopo la prima ricarica ho provato ad utilizzarlo per vedere le sue funzionalità ( torcia, ricarica dispositivi ecc.) ma appena acceso il display è andato subito in tilt e non è stato più possibile utilizzarlo in alcun modo(fortunatamente me ne sono accorto prima di riporlo in macchina), marchio davvero pessimo ed inaffidabile.

I was considering the no battery type super capacitor jump starter or the battery type jump starter. I picked this product base on the worst case scenario and the clip looks stronger than others. (Still I can’t forget about the no battery model because of the safety issues) I trust other reviews and I do believe this will save me more than once. I wish this brand include the pouch for this product. I have to keep it with this box or need to buy the bag/pouch. Battery was 84% charged. But no charger included. I like this product but the reason I leave 4 stars because of the components.
