I changed my rating back to 4 because as I started using the product I was getting numerous false alarms. it has become very annoying and the only thing I can do is turn it off. By doing so, I makes the units useless. However, I removed some swaying bushes/branches and reset the sensitivity to mid and it seems to be working fine now. There only 3 reasons for the false alarms. 1) the units are defective 2) birds or spiders 3) wind causing tree or plant branches to sway causing the alarm to go off. I originally thought that the sensor can distinguish human movement from birds or branches. If the problem is 3, then obviously it does not and can not be placed where there maybe wind movement of flowers or trees. UPDATE: I am now changing the rating to 5*. Once you get used to the sensitivity of the sensors you can choose a location where there wont be any false alarms due to trees in the wind or leaves in the wind. But, the main reason I changed back to 5* is that I had an issue with the Receiver after a few months use and when I contacted support they resolved it in the most professional manner over a few emails. The best customer service. So you dont need to worry about being stranded if something goes wrong. You WILL get help.

I would be lost without my driveway alarm. It works so well. I’m never surprised by the doorbell, it always tell me when someone is coming in the driveway. I’m handy capped, so it takes me awhile to get to the front door. With this alarm I can look out the windows and see if it’s someone I can let into the house. In fact, it lets me know when the neighbor cat makes a visit, or even when the wind is blowing hard.

Its a good quality at a fair price product. Pros - It was very easy to set up and install Con - The tone is set for all areas , not individually. This means to know which zone that has sensed movement you must look at the controller. It was simpler to have different tones /zones and instantly know the direction of intrusion.

One sensor works as advertised. The other sensor works intermittently. The system is great when working. I would love to be able to replace the non-working sensor. Option does not seem available. I would give 5 stars if it worked consistently.

Did a lot of comparison between the various driveway alarms and settled on this one. Many of the questions were not answered by the various company alarm manuals and were only able to be determined by getting it in our hands and seeing how it worked. What I wanted was an alarm that would light up when triggered, and either stay lit until reset, or have a time stamp of when it was triggered (important if away from the monitor when sensor triggered and not heard). NONE of the various company alarms, this one included do that, even the ones with a "clock" do not record when an alarm is triggered. This one the number stays lit for 60 seconds, most of the other company alarms only stay lit for 30 seconds, even the ones with a clock. What I also wanted was the ability to have a different alarm tone for each sensor/zone, this model did not, but when contacted, the company sent us a updated monitor that did allow one to set a different tone to each sensor, which was nice. What I also wanted was the ability to turn off the blink on the sensor when triggered ( I did not want them to notify the person triggering them at night that they were there). this one does that, many of the other company alarms do not and alert the tresspasser to their presence. Also what I wanted was ability to signal from a 1/3 mile distance, with 300 foot elevation and much trees and hills in between, and this one does that just fine. Lastly I wanted an alarm that I could vary the tone volume with each sensor, this one does not, I am not sure on other company models, but this was the least important trait. this does have a mute, and three levels of tone, from light to very loud and one in between. Have been using these for over a month now and they appear accurate and I do not think there have been any false alarms, have them set on low sensitivity to just pick up auto, people, and I know they pick up deer and some smaller animals that pass by them. The company does want their product to work for the purchaser, and will continue to contact you until fully satisfied.

Junk! False alerts and missed vehicles common. Do not recommend!

Have been using this system for over a year and just had to charge the battery in the sensor. Great if you just need something to alert you to someone coming up your driveway. Wish you could program different sounds to each sensor but not really a big deal for us.

Great product backed by great customer service. You won’t be disappointed.
