From someone who sleeps like a log
My entire life, I have been a heavy sleeper. I slept at least 12 hours without waking up if I didn't set an alarm. I can sleep to loud music, noisy traffic, and even construction. I will sleep THROUGH loud music, noisy traffic, and construction. My parents always had to wake me up for school, even in high school, because there was no way I could get up by myself. When I was dorming in college, I had to set multiple siren alarms, much to my roommates' dismay. When I moved back home, I put my alarms far away from my bed so I'd have to get up to turn them off. That didn't work. I bought Clocky, the alarm clock with wheels that would roll around the room blaring R2D2 noise if you pressed snooze more than once. Problem is, even when I got up to turn Clocky off, I would still be half-asleep, as in I had no recollection that my alarm clock rang at all.I'm still a college student and having to wake up at 7am by myself is no easy feat for me. I don't remember how I stumbled upon the WUOT pills but I remember being really hesitant on ordering them. There weren't many reviews but I read them over and over and convinced myself that I should probably order them to try them out, because it would be a good investment. After all, I needed a solution to my sleep troubles. The first night I tried them, I was excited. I went right to bed around 1am and woke up at 6am by myself. My alarm was set for 7. I wasn't even sleepy. In fact, I was wide awake and ready to start my day! The second night I tried it, I made the mistake of not going to sleep soon enough. I was up for almost 2 hours after that and I realized it gave me a small dose of caffeinated effect. Like it was already preparing me to wake up. I was very aware that they were time release pills but just make sure you try to sleep as soon as possible after taking them.I definitely recommend them but wouldn't recommend taking them on a daily basis. I'm not a doctor nor a med student but the pills will probably disrupt your sleep cycle. I used it for 4 days straight and realized how jolted I was every morning. I was just too jittery for mornings and not in a good way, and I was not getting enough sleep (I woke up after 4-6 hours wide awake). So I ended up using it occasionally or when I felt like I needed them. However it may have a different effect depending on your body. But it does work. It's great for students who are in the middle of exams or someone who knows that they will need that extra dose of energy the next day.

It works, just not like it claims.
Kept me up all night each time. Definitely not timed or delayed release.

I Suffer From Sleep Disorders - This Helps!
First, do not think that you will have the same results as me. As you can see in the comments it works for some and not for others. Just like any other "supplement" I've ever used, results may vary. For me, this may be a life-altering product. I suffer from sleep apnea and chronic fatigue. I sleep well with my CPAP machine but I often still feel exhausted throughout the day. It is not uncommon for me to nod off while driving or while at my desk typing. My new job has me commuting an hour one way. The industry requires a very early start so, I am up at 0300 to be at work by 0500. It has become increasingly difficult for me to keep my eyes open during the drive. I find myself swerving, or hitting the rumble strips. I've been late many times because I had to pull over to nap so I don't kill myself or someone else. Luckily I have a very understanding boss. I work 12 hours and then head home for another drive where I may or may not be able to stay awake.I took it for the first time last night prior to going to bed at 2000 (8:00). I woke with a headache which I contribute to the niacin in the pills. It was awful and I was still very tired. I started my drive knowing full well today was going to be another "pull over for a 15 min nap" day. About 15 minutes into my drive I was suddenly awake. Not just awake, but alert. I swear at one point I could smell numbers and hear colors! I felt great, not jittery, not amped like a pre-workout, just...truly awake for the first time in many years. I still had a lingering headache but a couple of ibuprofen took care of that.I am now 7.5 hours into my 12-hour shift. It is lunchtime and I still feel great. I feel awake, alert, and energized. I hope that I continue to get similar results for the rest of the bottle! So far I am absolutely thrilled with this product even if I wake up with a headache. I will update in a few weeks and report the results after continued use.

Hit or miss
Years ago I tried this product and it was fantastic. It seems the formula or time released coating has been altered, it simply doesn't work the same, or perhaps it is my body chemistry has changed? Reading through the comments I see others have some of same issues I do, sleeping disorders are not fun. Sometimes the product works as planned, the most frustrating part it does help me wake up bright and clear, BUT the product often wakes me up before I need to get up so I lose desperately needed sleep. I agree w/the person that said the coating is cracked which impairs the timed released.I have tried taking one in the very early morning so that by late afternoon I would get the B complex boost for long days. It sorta worked, I didn't need caffeine but I didn't get the same lift that I get from taking it at night. If you need relief from brain fog in the morning I can definitely say give it a try, just don't expect it to work as promoted. It is a good mix of B vitamins so there is that, most people don't have enough B complex in their bodies.
