Works really well!!
I bought this to protect a wiring loom I put together. It contains 3 mic cables with XLR connectors. This material is a little narrow for my application. I installed it AFTER I assembled my cables. In hindsight, I should have obtained this material before I installed the XLR connectors. But, with a little patience, I was able to work this material over the completed cable, ends and all. It was a chore but I eventually got it. I love that it's tight around the cables.I basically used this in the manner of a product known as "Pedal Python". They have a great product and it's fairly priced.

Just what i've been looking for
For years I've been taking my guitar synth rig (GR-33) to gigs which required laying four cables from the foot controller to the amp or PA. I tried wire ties - too sharp and cut my hands. I settled for taping them together with electrical tape every foot or so. I called the bundle the beast. FINALLY, I found this product. I was able to slip all four cables into it - three 1/4" hi-impedance (guitar) cables and one power connector - without taking the ends off. The product expands to 400% its size. It took a few minutes to figure out how to do this easily as the webbing acts like a Chinese finger puzzle. Once the cables were covered, I slipped 3/4" shrink tube over the ends to hold down fraying and shrank them down tight. Even when used carefully, this product DOES fray on the ends once cut. Shrink tube handles this problem perfectly and professionally. I no longer call my little bundle of cables the beast. Highly recommended.

While this version doesn't fray as easily as the normal type
Works very well and makes a bunch of cables look a lot cleaner and easier to manage. While this version doesn't fray as easily as the normal type, you will still want some thing to wrap any cut ends or they will quickly because mess. The best choice would be see type of heat shink wrapping but electrical tape or anything alike would work as well.

Very handy for musical instrument cable runs
Good stuff. The 3/4" is currently holding a 1/4" instrument cable, an XLR mic cable, and two thinner 1/4" inch cables for foot switch controls. I also have some of the 1/2", which is nice but was a very tight squeeze for all 4 cables (although it would be fine for 4 thinner cables). End melts back to smooth with a lighter. Things look nice and it keeps cables together. A little tedious to get it through (bunch it up to expand and push, repeat over and over), but great once it is in.

Performed as expects, unravels if cut to size.
This does the job but what is disappointing is that if you cut it then it starts to unravel. When I bought it I was holping that it would be the kind that isn’t a complete circle and that closes in on itself. I’ll be in the lookout for that instead of this.

Excellent product
I purchased this to make installation of a new amp and speakers in my car more clean. My plan was to keep the factory head unit and ran the speaker outputs to the amp. Since we're talking about 4 pairs of 16-gauge wire I wanted some kind of sleeve to make the bundle easier to deal with and easier to hide. This product was easy to measure and cut, and singeing the cut end, as recommended in the included notes, worked wonderfully to prevent fraying. I bought way more length than I needed for this project but the price was right. I'd definitely buy this again.

I suspect this is false advertising and is not clean cut
I suspect this is NOT clean cut Techflex. As so many people have already mentioned previously, the ends fray when cutting with scissors. I just thought that was how the product was and something I just had to put up with, so I've ordered this quite a few times. I just happened to order a smaller diameter clean cut from another retailer and was shocked to find out how that didn't fray at all. I could be wrong, but I can't imagine clean cut in one diameter would fray so easily and then a smaller diameter cut cleanly. Therefore, I think this is not clean cut as advertised.
