YARDMARIS Chainsaw Chaps Technical 8 Layers Class B for Chainsaw Users

I feel secure wearing them and they provided a lot of free movement walking or bending over to cut logs. Excellent product.

I have warn these but have not tested them. Hopefully I never will. They fit well and are easy to put on. I ordered the wrong ones as I wanted the ones that wrapped around, but these look like they will work and are a bit lighter

I received my Yardmaris Technical Chaps, Type B. I want to say that, so far, the quality seems outstanding. I like the thickness of the 1050 denier nylon as well as the construction.  I have used chaps with a thinner outside cover and they do get connected to briars and other things rather easily and it will tend to pull some of the fibers loose. I am 6' 3" tall and, was able to fold the waistband over to make the length fit as I ordered the 40" inch chaps.  I use suspenders with my chaps so, the extra length is not a problem. I like the way the pockets are designed as there will be room up top for smaller items and I am waiting to see how convenient the wedge pocket is on the side of the leg. I know one reviewer had complained about the Velcro on the leg straps, however, once I got them adjusted I was able to attach the Velcro and that kept the straps from hanging loose, which could be a safety concern if the chain or other objects were to wrap-around those straps.  All in all, I am impressed with the quality, style and materials of the chaps. I hope to never find out if they will protect my leg from a chain strike however, based on the design reviews, I feel confident I will be protected.

Chaps are well made, small size is a good fit for shorter inseam (30inch)….

The fact that it also comes in "gray" is a bonus.

They’re great chaps. They are heavy. Idk maybe 8 lbs? Definitely durable. The clips and straps are fine. The straps could be a little shorter because I have a lot of access. I’m 6’0” tall 195 lbs and I have to strap them as tight as they allow. They would be too loose on my leg if I didn’t.

Bought these for my wife to keep her safe while she uses her saws. She's 5 foot and skinny...these fit her great, without the cuffs dragging much. She does need to roll the waist up one time to shorten the length further, but the snap and buckle closures accommodate that quite well. Thankfully we have not needed to test the actual safety features of the fiber padding in the legs...and hope that doesn't ever happen...but overall, she is very pleased with these pants...which is great, because there isn't squat for women's sizes for this type of PPE.

Very heavy duty. Very hot to wear in the summer. I like the pockets
