This is my go to cup now.

Got this for my father in law and he was amazed on how hot it kept his coffee. He liked the look of the cup, nicer than a muted color very sleek and masculine.

Bought this for my wife as a gift. She uses it almost every time she leaves the house. Long lasting and sturdy.

Relatively bomb proof. Wish the base was wider. Dropped it and dented the bottom now it “teeters” making it easy to knock over.

Ordered this for my husband for his birthday and it's a keeper. I have many S'well products and can confirm this is a genuine product. Keeps his coffee hot, looks nice and easy to clean.

The cup is defective due to a small hole in the inside of the cup, so in between the inner layer and outer layer is a whole bunch of water now, and the return window is closed. Ugh

It’s off balance and keeps falling down making a mess. I almost burned myself up. But it’s easy to clean , not so ute about the leaking. It drips though.

This cup is very convenient and works quite well keeping my morning coffee hot for several minutes.

It's not as good as their thermally insulated steel water bottles but it's decent. I withstands Singapore's hot and humid weather for a 1-2 hours instead of the 24-48 hours the thermally insulated steel water bottles can do but that's probably due to its uninsulated plastic lid.

Format parfait, légère et garde chaud/froid très longtemps. Super jolie, vraiment j'adore et recommande cette tasse sans hésiter! :)

Pour siroter votre seul café de la journée, c’est l’idéal. Et le soir venu, les glaces dans votre verre d’eau froide durent très longtemps!

So far the cup has been great and exactly as expected. Keeps the coffee nice and hot, holds a 16 oz drink but doesn’t look big a bulky. I would have given it 5 stars but it took quite a while to get it.
