My hair grows at a snail's pace, which is depressing after you get an awful haircut... which is what happened to me. On top of that I'm losing a lot of hair due to stress, so I ordered this vegan Horsetail (silica) after I read about the possible benefits. I was a little skeptical something on its own (and not in the form of a supplement) could help, but it's been roughly a month (maybe closer to two) on these supplements and I can actually tell my hair is growing faster. While I continue to shed hair, I see absolutely no difference in the volume of my hair, which is amazing. I'm upping my dosage to two tablets in the hopes it will continue to grow and strengthen my hair. Two months ago my hair was a bit lower than chin level, and today I'm about an inch from shoulder level, and I have a long neck. Please give this supplement a chance if you are trying to achieve optimal growth...it really works!

I've now been taking these pills for a few weeks now and I have to say AT FIRST I was not impressed at all. Nothing was happening with my skin. But now it looks so smooth, plump, and nice. Could be because I'm also using a Rosewater + Glycerin toner but look. You cannot just take these pills and not take care of your hair or skin and expect results. Wash your face twice daily, use face masks, take care of your hair and it will grow at 2x the speed it normally does!

I was always getting my nails done, trying to fit in appointments, trying to find decent reviews for someone when out of town. And I just hated soaking in toxic acetone to remove old gels. So I took them off and began this product along with biotin (don't forget a high quality multi), used Nailtiques 2 (don't overuse...just first couple of months), did coconut oil and gloves every night before bed and really tried to keep on until morning which my husband was not crazy about. But now I could actually go without polish (only use Butter or Opi Greens for nail health) if I needed to as my nails are strong and healthy. And these vitamins are great for skin, hair, and connective tissue in general so why not...and I am saving big dollars and time not going to salons anymore especially happy I do not have to breathe the acrylics that are going on there. Simple is freeing as well as healthy!

I have been using Silica since I was in high school. No problems with it at all. My skin looks good for 69 years of age.

Follow up- I promised I would follow up and I'm liking this product more and have started to see a difference now. Good Stuff!!!ok so far, but I wonder how much product is in the actual pill. I have tried other silica pills and noticed my nail get stronger much sooner. I wonder if what they say is BS? I do believe in silica and I definitely want to find a good supplier of a well crafter organic product that not just extract, but I wonder if this one is mostly filler, because I'm not seeing a difference as quickly as others I have used. I'm still open minded here and I may follow up on this post if things change but now I'm not feeling great about the quality so far. maybe the manufacturer want's to respond to this post?

Mysteriously smells/tastes like chocolate to me but anyway. I notice a huge difference with my hair and nails when taking this! My hair feels firmly rooted into my scalp. I have to cut my nails one a week. Great value too there are a lot of pills and I only take one a day!
