These are the perfect electrolyte packets. Perfect hydration to give you that extra boost! Especially in hot weather. And they are low sugar and taste great!

Good flavor. Thank goodness I found one without Stevia. My stomach doesn't care for Stevia. Such a small amount of sugar it's not overly sweet. Flavor is a little strong so used one packet for my 40 oz tumbler and that was perfect for me. Liked the flavor much better than Gatorade or the other packets I tried. Reasonably priced. No nasty after taste. I think the Peach tea is my favorite flavor.

I bought these HydroMATE Electrolyt Powder packets to see if there were a less expensive alternative to Liquid I.V. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the packet sizes (these contain about a third the product per packet that Liquid I.V. does), so these aren't really less expensive per oz of product. These are incredibly sweet, which masks a lot of the actual flavor and I end up having to decide whether I want to have an overly sweet drink with actual flavor, or mildly sweet water with a hint of flavor. Apart from the overly sweetness, the I find all the flavors in the variety pack to be tasty. The powder sinks to the bottom of the glass, so it needs to be stirred to dissolve fully, especially if drinking from a straw.

This is a great product for people who struggle to get enough fluids.

Taste great, not overly salty like other brands

The flavors are very watered down once mixed in the water bottle, and so far out of the 5 packets I've used they have all been super clumpy. I usually use Liquid IV but wanted a more affordable bulk pack so tried these out. Price point is good but comparing to Liquid IV I would say these aren't as good flavor wise.

HydroMATE is my favorite electrolyte! I’m on my 6th year of Ovarian cancer and had to rely on a good electrolyte drink to give me enough minerals for my Ileostomy bag. I tried others including Dr. Bergs and it made me sick from too much of a mineral. I had to be rushed to the ER 6 times for Electrolyte IVs! Then I came across this and began filling up my gallon jug to have enough for the day. You can pick which group of flavors you want and you can mix two together if you like. It mixes well with no granules and no deep coloring added. You can take a stick with you in your purse and mix with your water at a restaurant. I’ll continue to buy this as long as I need! ❤️

10/10 the best I can’t live without these, they are $$$ but it’s the only way I find to hydrate myself because they are the only hydration powder I like. Trained for my first 1/2 marathon with these.
