First off, they ARE pretty sheer / see-through. I don't think that will matter too much as I am using them for my classroom students. But it would matter to some, depending on what you plan to put in them. What is odd to me about these is that they come with these gaping slits in the pockets, with nothing useful to place in them such as lables or anything else you might expect to come with them (-1 star). AND- Papers get caught on them when you try to slide them in. (- another star for having those slits for no apparent reason / poor design / frustrating to use). I am considering taping up those open spaces somehow and hope papers don't just get caught on them all school year long. I really wanted to like these, they are nice plastic to last a while, beautiful colors, but that one darn feature on them is really ruining them for me.

I thought these were letter sized when I purchased these folders. They are really nice quality and most of the colors are appealing. My only complaint is that they are too long. I had to cut over an inch off the top edge to get them to fit into a hanging file folder. Even if I didn't need them to fit in the hanging file, I would prefer it to not be so much longer than a sheet of paper. My guess is that these may have been designed for A4 paper.

These were very sturdy and I loved the colors but they were too big for my file cabinet so I had to send them back. Thank you for letting me return them for free.

These folders are perfect! Plastic is easy to wipe off and the colors are really nice. Overall great value! Fits standard paper and pretty flexible.

The item is described online as “heavy duty” and “durable” however in reality, the folders are extremely sheer and are flimsy. The video is a side by side comparison of this product (blue folder) and a folder bought from staples that is actually heavy duty and durable.
