Grand patio Sofa Sets 5PCS, Patio Furniture with Fire Pit Table, Luxury Wicker, Brown

After searching on Amazon for patio furniture, I came upon this set and ordered it. It was delivered on a Friday (way earlier than the following Wed-Fri that was estimated)It arrived as seven separate packages which seemed overwhelming at first but assembly didn’t take long at all. I actually liked that each piece had its own box because I knew exactly what pieces went to what.My husband and I were impressed with how sturdy the furniture was given that it wasn’t one of those super expensive sets that you see in stores. It’s also pretty comfortable. Is it the most comfortable furniture I’ve ever sat on? No, but I wouldn’t expect that. But I’ve been pleased while sitting out enjoying the weather with friends and family.We did use a different coffee table because we were a bit nervous with a glass top one with our young toddler (who thinks climbing on anything like that is fun!)The only con I have with this set is that I assumed (based on configuration pictures on Grand Patio products) I could make this an L-shaped sectional but there is no actual corner piece. While it *can* be done, I think it looks awkward because you have to use one of the side arm pieces which is lower than the back. Because of that, I believe we will have to order another chair of some sort to add another seated back area.Overall, we are pleased with this set and have enjoyed our evenings on our porch this summer!

We were looking for a new patio set with a fire table and found this one. It wasn’t the easiest to put together…but then again when the only tool they give you is an Allen wrench you know it’s going to be a fun time. Luckily we were able to find a drill bit that fit so it cut our assembly time in half. We had some issues (item missing, one of the tiles around the fire table had a small crack) and customer service was amazing. They were very responsive and made sure that everything was taken care of. Please note the glass around the fire table DID NOT come with it, we ordered that separate. Highly recommended if the set is outside so that way it protects the flame from the wind. We also bought a cover for the table to protect it from the weather.

I ordered the 7 piece sectional. I really, really like this sectional. I really, really dislike the convoluted shipping process it took to get it to my house! I would call the sofa a solid 4.5 stars. The quality of the sofa and cushions is pretty good. It was easy to put together and fits perfectly on our patio. The cushions are thick and firm, but I think they’ll relax over time. I did purchase a cover for this to help protect it from the elements. I took a whole star off this review for the shipping process. Even though I got an email from Amazon the day after I ordered saying the item had shipped, the FedEx tracking didn’t reflect this status until well after the product was supposed to be delivered. Long after the item was to be delivered, the FedEx status stated the items hadn’t been received. To their credit, the seller’s customer service was prompt in responding when I reached out to find out where the product was. They said FedEx was the problem, but I am concerned shipping labels were printed without product having actually shipped so the seller could charge me for the item. Of the 7 pieces in the shipment, everything arrived after the initially promised date over a period of 3 weeks. 2 boxes one day, 4 boxes another day. Tracking on the 7th box showed FedEx never received the item, so the seller shipped a new one and it arrived as expected. I would definitely recommend this sofa, but with a note of caution to meter your expectations about how quickly you’ll get it.

I was a little hesitant buying a $1000 couch on Amazon that I never sat on or tried out, but I must say that I was more than pleasantly surprised! The quality of the couch is great and I love how thick and plush the cushions are.All pieces of the couch shipped separately, but arrived over the course of a few days. They were a tad bit of a pain to put together if you used the included tools, but if you have a socket wrench, you'll be much better off. Even with that though, I would still buy this couch all over again!Side note too, if you're planning on getting a deck box to store all of the cushions in, just keep in mind that like I said before, they are very thick and plush, so you'll need something large. I originally purchased a 150 gallon deck box and they just BARELY fit and I had to squeeze the back cushions in and was afraid it would deform them. I ultimately went with the 194 gallon deck box made by Suncast and it works perfectly with a bit of room to spare!

We’re super happy with the patio set. The chair pads are nice and thick and dry fairly quickly after the rain. The framework seems really sturdy, yet it’s easy to move the pieces around if you need to. Looks well made! We put a few colored outdoor pillows on them and it really spruces up the back deck. I wouldn’t change anything.The company also has great customer service. We received a defective igniter (they said they test it out before sending it, but it happens). I messaged them about it, tried to trouble shoot with their advice and no luck. So they sent a new igniter and then it worked perfectly! Couldn’t be happier.

You get what you pay for. This is neither the cheapest outdoor sectional, nor is it fine furniture. I picked this one because the cushions actually looked reasonably comfortable for the price, and they are! The shipment also arrived several days before it was due to arrive, which was great.The craftsmanship is what you'd expect. Adequate. Assembly is straightforward once you get the hang of it, but it would have been very frustrating without a power driver and socket wrench. Some parts had to be forced to fit together.But the main reason this gets 3 stars instead of 4 is that one section of the couch was shipped without its fastener hardware, so I cannot finish assembly. I messaged the seller and got a response within a day. They are shipping a replacement pack of hardware, but it will be 7-14 days. Pretty lame.
