Cuffed [Bates, Aiden] on desertcart.com. *FREE* shipping on qualifying offers. Cuffed Review: Sweet! - I love this story. Frankly, I can't think of much to say that's negative. Aside from the inexplicable male pregnancy thing (Really? Coz they're not shifters, and they're not sea horses!), I can find only one other issue. Vinnie, the Alpha, can be a real jerk, but he's broken, and since he loves Gabe, who's the tough FBI Agent, I end up forgiving him. I will say no more. Just read it...trust me, you'll love the way the guys come together, the way their feelings grow, and the sweet, warm twist at the end. Review: Special Agent Gabriel Scott is the best that the FBI’s Hate Crime division has to offer - Special Agent Gabriel Scott is the best that the FBI’s Hate Crime division has to offer. When he comes to Plymouth, Massachusetts, to investigate a series of apparent hate crimes, he quickly realizes everything is not what it seems. When the town’s prettiest alpha lawyer starts laying it on thick, he knows that something’s definitely not right. So does his temporary partner, Plymouth PD Sergeant Vinnie Curtis. Vinnie’s lived in Plymouth his whole life and he knows Plymouth isn’t a hateful place, so he resents the demand for FBI involvement. He’s not sure if he’s more or less upset that said involvement comes in the form of a drop-dead gorgeous omega who seems to be made for him. Gabriel is called in early during the investigation at the request of local law enforcement. A good thing, before any deaths occur, but the crimes are escalating in violence toward minorities. Strangely enough, all minority groups are being targeted not a single one, making this case quite different. Vinnie wants to dislike Gabriel because he is a fed but he cannot help liking him and how good he is at his job. Vinnie also has a deep issue that has not been resolved since he was a teenager.

Special Agent Gabriel Scott is the best that the FBI’s Hate Crime division has to offer
Special Agent Gabriel Scott is the best that the FBI’s Hate Crime division has to offer. Messy.
Story is cool and has good potential. But I felt that it was all a bit to messy and all over but hard to follow.

LOVED IT!!!!
This is a fantastic story. Gabe and Vinnie are two very different, strong characters. I also appreciated the relationship between Gabe and Bagel. That was absolutely incredible. I enjoyed this story so much. The plot was very interesting and written at a nice steady pace. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!!!!

This book had a lot of potential but fizzled fast
I was totally into this story it was so good. Then the main characters got together and it was just so so. Not a killer for me since the suspense was still there. Part of the story line is that the alpha character lost an omega who died. This isn't ruining the story sharing that bit. The alpha never claimed him, but he loved him and his death hurt him in a deep way. It's shared with you that it involves another character of the book that the alpha loathes. It doesn't share anything else. That's ok. I figured it would be one of those heart renching stories at the end. IT ISN'T! The alpha's loss directs his actions in the end of the book, almost splitting the main characters and the side characters are even telling him that he needs to tell his omega! He moans, I can't I can't. I get this was a devestating loss for the alpha. In the end he never shares the complete story! He never shares it with his omega, and the main characters actions aren't believable in the end because of it. I don't think the author even knows what the devestating story was. It would have made the relationship more believable. It would have rounded out the story. It would have made me more sympathetic of the alpha for his childish actions if it was devestating enough. Because of its absence, it falls flat. Without the suspense of the story, I would've given this a 1 star. If the suspense didn't become predictable like it did, it would've been a 4 star. If the story was actually was completed, it could've been a 5 easily. It's too bad.

Loved this book. I believe that Aiden is developing with each book and does not give you the standard m/m omega trope and the storyline is no longer sacrfice for the sex scenes. Here we have Special Agent Gabriel Scott, the FBI’s Hate Crime Division best agent. He also happens to be an omega with an very unusual form of employment. He sent to Plymouth, Massachusetts, to investigate a series of apparent hate crimes, which are not as straight forward as they initially seem; especially with the town's most successful and handsome alpha lawyer (supposedly no one can resist!), turning up wherever he seems to tread, laying on his unique brand of charm. His temporary partner, Plymouth PD Sergeant Vinnie Curtis, an alpha has lived in Plymouth his whole life and states Plymouth isn’t a hateful place, but then again he might be blinded, by things from his past he has yet to resolve. However, they make a good team with an good storyline and you get to learn how property law can be manipulated. Ii is nice that they can also seperate the bad actions from the individual and offer help where it is appropriate. It is interesting watching Gabriel and Vinnie dance around one another, the former self contained believing he is an omega past his sell by date and the latter an alpha, living up to his his italian blood and having to deal with an omega that fits no stereotype.
