What is the difference between burner pro and burner?

I have my blue yeti mic hanging upside down on a swing arm mic stand. Will I be able to hang the panel upside down with the mic?

Negative. The manufacturing company does not supply adaptors to hook into booms AND it is too heavy to hang into a boom. I have failed to find a boom strong enough for both a mic and sound abs9rbing pannel

Have mic sitting farest from rear of shield? Samson q9u and cannot plug it in with the back of the mic pressed against the shield. How to extend?

My concern is disturbing roommates with loud singing. Does this block off sound from within when closed?

It does not. This is designed to keep outside noises out, but inside noises (you singing to your mic) will not be suficient to keep it low. Seems like you need to sound proof your entire room.
