My favorite new workout partner. Works as it should. I've had them about 4 months now, no wear or tear to them used about 3-5x's per week. I use them with BODi and some YouTube videos.

worked perfectly to put under furniture legs. Easily moved furniture for painting room.

I do like these on smooth floors and carpet in my home. But, they are NOT functional on floors at Planet Fitness. I think because their floors have some type of rubber in them. The main purpose of my purchase was to be able to use them at Planet Fitness. So I am very disappointed in the functionality but the cost/price is good.

I got these to keep up with PT exercises at home. I grabbed because I needed 4 and these were cheap. These didn’t slide super well and it’s awkward to try and keep my feet on the tiny disks. Stopped using.

I had my clients order these sliders and they are great. My clients that workout from home can also use them because of they have a flip slide

Not the best quality. They appear to be disc to use when moving furniture. It requires a lot of effort to use them to work out regardless of what fitness phase you are in. I would recommend spending more money and getting a better quality

They do not glid across carpet well. If you're using for therapy or excersise routine you'll get same results with a folded hand towel on any floor surface except carpet.
