Shoddy
We bought this to channel water off the roof over our back deck — our old rain chain worked great but had no style. This product looks pretty, but the chain is of such poor quality that it broke the first time it rained. The actual loops of the chain opened and fell apart! We are very dissatisfied and would not buy this product again. Very shoddy!!

Just what we we were looking for.
Super easy to install with S hooks on our rain deflectors. We also purchased rain bowls and added rock to anchor them and they added such a nice touch to our entrance.

Do not purchase
A waste of money. Looks good. Did not hold up after two weeks of rain and melted snow. Broke in two different links of the chain. So disappointing.

Beautiful but not good for heavy rain
These are beautiful but if I could do this over again, I would choose a different design. The shape of the flower overflows with heavy rain. The small openings also easily get clogged with leaves, acorns, etc and water just sits and attracts mosquitos. I would recommend an open chain type of design if you’re thinking about changing your downspouts to rain chains.
