The lights are pretty bright and it comes with a wireless remote that you can use to change the colors, make them strobe, and adjust the brightness. It was also really easy to add the lights to the helmet and it doesn’t require complete disassembly at least for this helmet. The only thing I’d make a note of is the connectors are really small, so if your eyes aren’t the best you might want a magnifying glass to make sure you're connecting everything correctly.

These are super cool, and my son loved they way they look. My only complaint is the cost. They are pretty pricey (almost as much as the Lego set itself).
