Lets you put your dresser to within 1/2” from the wall!!
I had to put a bedroom cabinet against a wall and cover an outlet where the tv plugs in. I didn’t want the cabinet sticking out 3” or 4” from the wall. These outlets did the trick!!! They are not for grounded plugs with 3 prongs!! They only work for two prong plugs!!

Smaller than expected but actually better
Our house was built in 1938 so most of the outlets are duplex two prong un-grounded, which is not a problem for almost all floor and table lamps. I needed an adapter because I have several locations with table lamps either side of a sofa. I was surprised at how small this adapter is. It does fold (a bonus) so the lamp plugs and adapter can be tighter against the wall and not interfere with how close the sofa can be placed against the wall.

An object used only by strong people
It feels stiff every time I take it out and put it back on. Use only on wires that must always be plugged in. I don't want to go for a refund, so I'm just using it.
