Can you swallow these whole? Sublingual? Chew?
I take 2 of these (6mg). I've taken them multiple ways and all of them work. The bottle doesn't actually say if you're supposed to chew them, or take them under the tongue or whatever. It just says that they are "fast dissolving". Which they are.They taste, smell and look like candy so keep them away from kids

Great nites sleep!
These work as they are intended and 3mg is the perfect strength for me! They taste good too! Just one and I fall asleep in about 20 minutes! No bad side effects , wake up refreshed!

Tastes good and works too!
I find this particular brand of melatonin to be my go to. It is a quick dissolve this I put under my tongue and taste yummy. (A basic berry flavor.) Cheers! and sleep well.

Fits my needs
I take melatonin for sleep, etc. I am vegetarian AND I need to be gluten-free, so I switched to this brand because other brands use gelatin &/or wheat as binders. This brand works well, meets my needs, & the price is right.
