Q: The picture is lacking exact info, where do the adhesive dots at the end go?

They're for protection so that when you close the table, it won't slam or damage it. I have 2 on each long side, along the top line.

Q: Is there a video on how to set up? Those securing locks will not turn all the way like the directions indicate. Mine are slanted

Not sure which locks you are referring to, but I had no problem with anything while putting my table together...never seen a video, but there is a phone number on the instructions if you have any trouble, they will help. Sorry I can't be of more help to you.

Q: How high does this sit off the floor? Meaning from the floor to the bottom of the lowest shelf. I need it high enough to fit a robot vacuum underneath

It is 2" from floor to bottom of shelf...don't think a robot vacuum could fit under it...however, I love my coffee table because it hides all the junk, etc. that my husband had piled on his end table all the time. :) PS: It was easy to put together also and I am 78 years old!
