Increased Energy
I have noticed increased energy since taking this product as well as better sleep. I take one per day. I am a very healthy 52 year old female and have not had a period in 7 months. Recommend this product to any female going through mid life changes. This was the lowest dose I could find and it works well for me. I am not on any hormone meds, I just wanted to try an herbal supplement before going that route.

Too strong for me but good if very low on estrogen
Good I believe way too strong for me. Natures way red clover with arial tops was much more suited for me. Couldn’t use this as it caused bleeding right after my cycle ended. Please not it’s most likely due to having enough estrogen so I don’t suggest this unless your definitely low on estrogen or ur in menopause. I’m about to be 45 but still have a cycle for reference.
