I like how tight it feels and I love how it holds me in so well. It feels good when I wear it. And it does what is says, causes you to sweat. Had it for a whole day and by the time I got home I was sweating. My only issue I have is that they dont go bigger than a 3x. Yes even tho i was able to get it on I would have still preferred a slightly bigger size because it is a tight fit. Anyone bigger than me a 3x wont do. I'm 5'7 1/2 and weight is 287 and all my weight is in my hips and butt and a littel on my tummy mainly lower tummy. (I posted a video of me not wearing it so people can see if a 3x would beabel to fit them. Because I could fit the 3x but i could go for a bigger size.

I almost sent these back because I thought they were too small. They weren't. They were just TRUE compression pants. First off they are super slimming. It made me look a size smaller. Secondly, I have lost a ton of weight and I have some loose skin. These pants held my stomach in and kept the loose skin in it's place. Lastly, I had a bucket of sweat in them when I was done.These are great!!!

It fits perfectly, it doesn’t roll down, it provides great hold specially when working out. It helps to increase heat and makes you sweat more when exercising. Easy to wash & dry. I order my regular size but I could of sized down. I recommend it.

Im 5'6 245lbs i have wide hips and a belly.. the 3xl fit perfectly wheww.. i had to lay on my bed, dance alil but it fit. I hooked on the 3rd row so when i get to the 1st i'll update. But so far this is the best waist trimmer ive purchased so far the others that are more like vest always have my belly hanging out. I suggest you buy your size by the chart and measure yourself, if your to big like myself go with the 3xl my hips are 50in and waist 34in.
