Nightime Gel by Artelac

While incredibly difficult to get a reliable supply this is by far the best nighttime gel. There were other companies making gel in a tube but they seem to have opted out of this and only produce gel in the individual plastic tube. I do not know why these a less effective - maybe they need to be more liquid than that of the gel in a tube and so they do not last as long. Why isn’t it sold in the US??

I have been using this product for the last 4-5 months for my extreme dry eye ( since my normal night time gel is not available). The results have been excellent…I wake in the morning with no eye issues. Absolutely perfect product all the way from Bulgaria.

This product may not be quite as good as what I had been using--Alcon's nighttime gel. But the Alcon product is almost unavailable unless you want to pay an outrageous price.
